a big success...thanks to participating BBA Members and even a bigger thanks to Brownsville Utility Department and InSouth Bank for sponsoring Brownsville Radio's "live" coverage of the event....as well as providing Trick or Treat bags to the first 250 children that attended the remote broadcast....estimated at over 1,000 children participated in the downtown event!

Simpson Wins $1,000 Valentine Giveaway

Lea Simpson was the lucky winner of the Brownsville Business Association’s Valentine Basket giveaway. The basket, valued at over $1,000, included gift certificates and gift items donated by local merchants and the giveaway was broadcast live by Brownsville Radio on Friday, February 13.
